We ship our products internationally with DHL and within the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. This way we are certain that the product is shipped with the proper care and is delivered to you safely. Is there something unexpectedly wrong with your order? Contact us within fourteen days after receiving the package, so that we can help you right away.

How long does it take for a delivery to arrive?

Orders which are sent to the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium will arrive within one or two days. Shipments to other European countries will be delivered after approximately two to four days. For countries outside of the EU, the package will be delivered within four to eight days.

Custom, Taxes, fees and Duties

All prices shown are including 21% VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation in the Netherlands.
In case your order needs to be shipped to a address outside the EU, Dutch VAT will be removed at the checkout. So your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Due the complexity of international laws, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order.  We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents.
If an order is refused, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses, aswell any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. 
Note: When an order is shipped to an address outside the EU, there is a chance that the buyer has to pay additional duties and taxes. The buyer will be responsible for they payments where we have no control over such as duties or taxes. We are not able to predict these costs for each country.

Where can I check the current status of my order?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive the current status via an email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track and Trace code, with which you will be able to track your order. In most cases shipping will only take a few days. This depends on to which country the package is sent. Check the above table for more information on this.

Can I collect the product in the store as well?

Our products are only available from physical Brandfield shops.

How do I return my order?

You can read everything about how to return your product here.
You have the possibility to return the product within fourteen days after your purchase. After receiving the product, you have fourteen days to return the item. A reason for returning the product is not needed. We only take back items that are in the original packaging and in the original state. The costs for returning a product is at your own expense.
