We can understand that there will come a time in which you aren’t satisfied with your new order.
Returning is possible within 30 days after receipt of your order. No hassle, no fuss. We will gladly pay for the return costs, if you return from The Netherlands or Belgium.
Returning is simple and works as follows:
Download, print, and fill in the returns and revocation form. Please note: try to complete the form as much as possible, as this will help us process your return as quickly as possible. The quicker, the better, right?
Once you have filled in the returns and revocation form and added it to your package, send it back to our address.

You can hand over the your return package to a PostNL Service Point. Once returned, you will receive a proof of delivery, in the form of a ticket. It is highly recommended to keep this ticket. Within five working days after we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of the return package by email. If you return your package from Belgium, then download the return label from belgium. Using this return parcel label, you can return the package to us free of charge via a local post office.
To send your return package to successfully, you must do the following:
You will not receive a shipping receipt from the post office. We expect to receive your return within 2 weeks. Within five working days after we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation of your return by email.
If you send a package back from any other country in Europe apart from The Netherlands or Belgium, you can return your package by means of this returns and revocation form.

These shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Within five working days after we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation of your return by email.
We will notify you by email within five working days after we receive your return.
After receiving the returned item, we will assess whether it is still in good condition and whether it is complete. If this is the case, we will immediately proceed to the settlement of the return.
If the item has been worn and damaged, we will have to charge you for this. These costs are equal to the selling price of the item you paid, or to the amount of the costs we have to incur for having the item repaired. In that case, we will contact you first before we handle your return.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will assess whether this is covered by warranty or not. If a defect under warranty can be repaired, then there are no costs for you as a customer. If the defect is not covered under warranty, we will contact you about the handling.
Handling your return
From the moment you have indicated that you wish to revoke the purchase, we will refund you the purchase amount as quickly as possible and always within a maximum period of 14 days. We will make the refund via the same payment method with which you paid.
If the products are not in good condition (f.e.: resulting into us not being able to resell them in the Violet Hamden online shop, we will contact you about the handling. In that case it is possible that costs will be charged, as explained above.
