All items returned within the 30 days should be in the exact same condition in which they where shipped. All returned products will be examined (unworn and in their original packaging and completed with all accessories).
In case of a broken or damaged delivery, the buyer should inform us directly, sending some photographs of the packaging and damaged elements. We will investigate the issue and send instructions how to solve the issue.
Whenever you send a product back to us, the shipping fees are at your own expense. We advise you to return the product by registered post. The responsibility for returning the product lies with the buyer.
For international orders (outside of the EU), you are responsible for the shipping fees of the return shipment and all other additional costs, such as VAT, import duties or taxes.
On all watches there is a two year warranty.
