HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have the possibility to return the product within 30 days after your purchase. After receiving the product, you have 30 days to return the item. A reason for returning the product is not needed. We only take back items which are in the original packaging and are in the original state. The costs for returning a product is at your own expense.

WHERE CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We process orders daily. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can still change your order. In case your order had been shipped already, you can return or swap the product via our return procedure. Contact us as soon as possible via info@violethamden.com. When returning a product, return costs will be at your own expense.

DO YOU SHIP WITH TRACK AND TRACE?

Yes, we ship our orders with a Track and Trace code. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track and Trace code, which can be tracked via DHL or PostNL.

I FILLED OUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order is not yet shipped, we can still change this for you. Contact us as soon as possible via info@violethamden.com or call us on: +31 50 2011556. You can reach us from Monday through Friday from 09:00h until 17:00h.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Your product can be returned if it complies to our fourteen-day return period. Read more about how to return a product to Violet Hamden here.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

We ship to nearly all countries. Check this page for an elaborate overview of the available countries.

ARE THE WATCHES WATERPROOF?

Our Violet Hamden watches are water-resistant, 5 ATM. So you can use them on daily base, and it will continue to work when it hits some drops of water. You cannot swim with the watches, this will cause damages which are not covered by guarantee.

CAN I COMBINE THE STRAPS OF OTHER BRANDS WITH VIOLET HAMDEN?

As of now, this is not yet possible.

WHAT IS IN THE BOX?

Your Violet Hamden watch is packaged in a special box - our time capsule. Additionally, the package will contain a Violet Hamden journal and more information about among other things the warranty.

HOW CAN I ADJUST THE STRAP?

The Violet Hamden watch with mesh strap is easily shortened or lengthened. Watch the following video for an instruction on adjusting your strap.

CAN I SWAP THE WATCH OR BRACELET FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?

Please contact our customer service for this.

WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE WATCH STRAPS?

The measurements are listed in the product details of the watch. The measurements differ per watch, as different materials are used.

I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A TRACK AND TRACE CODE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The Track and Trace email will be received separately from other emails. If you have not received an email after two work days, contact us via info@violethamden.com or call us on: +31 50 2011556. You can reach us from Monday through Friday from 10:00h to 17:00h.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We automatically send an invoice including an order confirmation after receiving the payment. If you have not yet received this email, in most cases the payment has not been fully completed. Please contact us if the amount has been debited from your account. If the amount has not been debited yet, please place your order again. Please make sure to check your spam box. Our emails may have ended up in your spam folder.

THE TRACK AND TRACE LINK DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It may take a couple of hours before the Track and Trace will be active. Please try again at a later time.

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS?

At Violet Hamden, we use the following warranty terms:

  • 6 months on production defects of our jewelry.
  • 1 year on our watches.
  • 3 months on our watch bands.
  • 1 year on our bags.
  • 1 year on our wallets.

However, the warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage due to improper use of the buyer.
  • Damage from a third party modification or repair.
  • Damage from water and / or fire.
  • Standard traces of use, such as scratches and discolourations.
  • Empty watch batteries.
